കൈരളിയുടെ മെയിന്‍സ്ട്രീം കമേര്‍ഷ്യല്‍ സംരംഭം “വി” ചാനല്‍ വിഷുവിനു് റിലീസ് ചെയ്യുമെന്നു് ഔദ്യോഗിക പ്രഖ്യാപനമായി.
ചെയര്‍മാന്‍ മമ്മൂട്ടിയാണു് ഈ വാര്‍ത്ത പുറത്തുവിട്ടതു്. മാനേജിങ് ഡയറക്റ്റര്‍ ജോണ്‍ ബ്രിട്ടാസ് , ഡയറക്റ്റര്‍മാര്‍ എന്നിവരും പത്രസമ്മേളനത്തില്‍ സന്നിഹിതരായിരുന്നു.

Malayalam Communications Limited expects to launch their Third Channel “WE” in a humble ceremony on the day of Vishu. This was announced by Chairman Mammootty. Managing Director John Brittas told that the content of the channel will be more commercial oriented and will try to cater the needs of people in every walks of the life. Two more directors of the channel were also present during Press Meeting.

Kairali Towers – Foundation stone laid

Malayalam Communications Ltd  finally had the foundation stone laid for their Corporate Office and Studio Complex in Thiravananthapuram.. The company is to have a 8 storeyed multiplex inaugurated in 15 months time. The function was well attended by the ruling party of Kerala, the leader of Opposition and dignitaries from the social and political front. Speaking on the occassion the Chairman of the channel, Padmashri Mammootty hinted a third channel to be operational on January 2007.. This channel will be targetting the youth, thus intensifying the competition in the youth niche sector, he added.
